Dear Mr. Dunlap and Staff,

Not long ago I was taken to Bon Secours St. Francis Hospital by an ambulance for a life threatening event. I must admit I remember nothing about the first two days, yet I know I was treated with great care and concern as the staff worked to pull me through.

I am writing to let you know that everyone I came in contact with acted with what I believe was “above and beyond” the call of duty. They saw me through a very difficult and frightening time with compassion, care and a great sense of humor.

A long list of people stands out in my memory. They are truly capable and I hope they continue their work and their education and greeting patients with smiles every day.

Over the years I have had several reasons to be admitted to both Roper and St. Francis Hospitals. The staff in both places have been absolutely outstanding truly living up to the ideals these hospitals strive to attain.

Sincerely,

F.V.
