If you are taking time off around the New Year, or anytime really, do yourself (and your colleagues and your family) a favor and really take time off. As in, don’t compulsively check work email. More and more research is confirming the obvious—that the convenience of our 24/7 connectivity comes at a cost.
We are well into the New Year, which means, if you’re anything like the 80% of people who give up on their New Year’s resolutions by February, you’ve probably slipped once or twice already—and not just on our slick ice earlier this month.
Happy and Healthy New Year! This is the perfect time to work on your goals for the year ahead. Learn how to set clear, concise goals. In addition, we invite you to attend our support group, Achieving Success with Goal Setting, on Thursday, January 17th at 6:00 p.m. at Bon Secours St. Francis Hospital.
